Role Overview:

As an Associate Delivery Engineer for Enterprise customers, you will support the
implementation and integration of Triam's container security solutions. You will
work alongside senior delivery engineers to execute deployment plans, configure
solutions, and assist customers with technical questions. Your role is essential in
ensuring our enterprise customers successfully adopt and benefit from our
CleanStart product line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing Triam solutions in enterprise customer environments
• Configure and deploy CleanStart products according to implementation
  plans
• Execute integration tasks to connect Triam products with customer systems
• Document deployment configurations and customer environments
• Support troubleshooting of implementation issues
• Gather customer requirements and relay them to senior delivery engineers
• Assist with customer training and knowledge transfer
• Maintain deployment documentation and implementation guides
• Contribute to implementation tools and automation scripts

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in technical roles (implementation, support, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with Linux systems and command-line tools
• Basic scripting abilities (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow in delivery engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Basic understanding of security concepts
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices
• Experience with technical documentation
• Background in software implementation or deployment
• Interest in container security and supply chain security
