Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented B2B Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our social media efforts across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of B2B marketing, can craft compelling content for professional audiences, and knows how to drive engagement, thought leadership, and lead generation through social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B-focused social media strategies aligned with business goals and sales objectives.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and schedule high-quality, professional content including posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Run targeted paid campaigns to promote whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and product launches.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry news to inform strategy.
- Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, CTR, and lead conversions; prepare monthly performance reports.
- Engage with industry influencers, partners, and prospects to build relationships and brand credibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B social media or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, including organic and paid strategies.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
- Familiarity with B2B buyer personas, sales funnels, and content marketing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT services, or enterprise software marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO and email marketing.
- Ability to repurpose long-form content (e.g., whitepapers, webinars) into social-friendly formats.
