Role Overview:

As Data Science Manager, you will lead our strategic efforts in applying AI and machine
learning to revolutionize software supply chain security. You will build and lead a team
focused on developing generative AI with agentic workflows to automate threat research,
build processes, and security operations. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating
intelligent systems that dramatically enhance our vulnerability database capabilities and
operational efficiency through advanced AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a high-performing data science team
• Develop the strategic vision for AI applications in our security platform
• Oversee the development of generative AI and agentic workflow systems
• Establish research priorities and innovation initiatives for security AI
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams for AI integration
• Create methodologies for measuring AI effectiveness and security impact
• Manage resource allocation and project prioritization
• Guide the development of data infrastructure and AI platforms
• Represent data science initiatives to executive leadership
• Mentor team members and foster professional growth in AI expertise

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in data science, AI, or related fields
• 3+ years of team management experience
• Strong background in machine learning and AI model development
• Experience with generative AI systems and applications
• Knowledge of data infrastructure and MLOps
• Understanding of software security concepts and applications
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience applying AI to cybersecurity or vulnerability analysis
• Background in building autonomous systems or agentic AI
• Knowledge of software supply chain security concepts
• Experience leading AI research or innovation initiatives
• Understanding of DevOps and security automation
• Publications or patents in AI or security fields
• Experience with large-scale AI deployment and integration
• Background in building production AI systems for enterprise use
