This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager at Triam Security. Triam Security is currently a team of 20 people but is growing exponentially with a potential headcount may increase up to 3 times in next 1 year. The Human Resource manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting training & development programs, and handling performance management. Triam leadership believes in strong work ethics and great culture at work, A culture of inclusivity, learning, fair opportunity for growth and work life balance. HR manager will be expected to help Triam build such practices which encourages such culture. This function directly reports into CEO but will be working closely with all the founders of Triam (CTO, CFO, CRO)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldÂ
HR certification is plus
