Role Overview:


As the Project Coordinator for the CTO Office, you will serve as a critical operational
hub connecting the CTO with engineering teams and stakeholders across the
organization. This pivotal role combines project coordination, communication
facilitation, and operational support to enable the CTO to effectively lead the
engineering organization while working remotely from Ahmedabad. You will be
instrumental in ensuring that the CTO's strategic priorities are effectively
communicated, tracked, and implemented across all engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CTO and engineering leadership
    team
  • Manage the CTO's calendar, meetings, and communications efficiently
  • Generate weekly status reports on all engineering initiatives for the CTO
  • Track and provide regular reminders to the CTO regarding pending items and
    deadlines
  • Attend all scrum calls and CTO meetings to provide continuity and
    representation
  • Create and distribute detailed minutes of meetings (MOM) after each
    session
  • Follow up systematically with team members on action items and
    commitments
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for executive, board, and team meetings
  • Track engineering priorities, initiatives, and deliverables across teams
  • Create and maintain project tracking systems and documentation
  • Facilitate communication between the CTO and geographically distributed
    teams
  • Prepare briefing materials and talking points for the CTO's presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for in-person meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual engineering reviews
  • Ensure follow-through on action items from leadership meetings
  • Assist with strategic planning and goal setting processes
  • Provide operational support for engineering planning and execution
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Represent the CTO's office in Ahmedabad for local engineering teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, technical program
    management, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in creating effective meeting minutes and status
    reports
  • Proficiency in managing follow-up processes and tracking commitments
  • Experience working with technical teams and engineering processes
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools and office productivity software
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple competing demands
  • Experience supporting executive-level leadership
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related
    field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in software development or technology organizations
  • Proficiency with agile methodologies and scrum practices
  • Experience in creating and managing comprehensive reporting systems
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and workflows
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, container technologies, or related fields
  • Experience supporting remote leadership or geographically distributed
    teams
  • Background in technical project management or coordination
  • Proficiency with communication and collaboration platforms
  • Experience with preparing executive-level presentations and reports
  • Understanding of engineering planning and resource allocation
