Role Overview:

As a Senior Delivery Engineer for Enterprise customers, you will be responsible for
the successful deployment and integration of Triam's container security solutions
into customer environments. You will work directly with enterprise customers to
understand their requirements, design solution architectures, and ensure smooth
implementation. Your technical expertise and customer focus will be crucial in
helping organizations transform their container security posture using our
CleanStart product line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical implementation of Triam solutions in enterprise customer
  environments
• Design and document deployment architectures tailored to customer
  requirements
• Develop integration plans for connecting Triam products with existing
  customer systems
• Create and deliver custom solutions, configurations, and automation for
  enterprise clients
• Troubleshoot complex implementation issues and provide timely
  resolutions
• Serve as a technical advisor to customers on container security best
  practices
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address customer needs
• Contribute to product improvement based on implementation experiences
• Mentor junior delivery engineers and share technical knowledge

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, solutions engineering, or
  customer-facing roles
• Strong knowledge of container technologies and orchestration platforms
• Experience implementing enterprise software solutions
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Understanding of software supply chain security concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Experience working with enterprise IT and security teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with container security or vulnerability management solutions
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SLSA, NIST, FedRAMP)
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Background in security engineering or implementation
• Understanding of SBOM and software attestation concepts
• Experience with multiple cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
