Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–5 years of
experience in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent for product-based IT companies. The ideal
candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, recruitment best practices, and
experience working in fast-paced product-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team goals, and hiring needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (Engineering, DevOps,
QA, Product, Cybersecurity, etc.)
- Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals,
and events
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Maintain accurate data and ensure smooth coordination of interviews
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Support employer branding initiatives to position us as a top tech employer
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance and strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in IT/cybersecurity product
companies
- Proven ability to hire for a wide range of roles and seniority levels
- Strong knowledge of tech stacks and cybersecurity tools (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, SOC, SIEM,
endpoint security)
- Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search etc.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Recruitment/HR certifications (SHRM, AIRS, LinkedIn Certified, etc.)
