Role Overview:
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be the primary technical point of
contact for our strategic customers. You will build and maintain strong
relationships with key stakeholders, ensure successful adoption of our container
security solutions, and drive customer satisfaction and retention. Your technical
expertise and customer advocacy will be crucial in helping organizations achieve
their security objectives using our CleanStart product line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned strategic
customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
- Develop deep understanding of customer environments, objectives, and
challenges
- Create and execute success plans to ensure optimal utilization of Triam
products
- Coordinate technical resources to address customer needs and resolve
issues
- Conduct regular business reviews and technical check-ins with customers
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential
concerns
- Advocate for customer needs within Triam and influence product roadmap
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales on growth
strategies
- Stay current on Triam products, container security, and industry trends
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer
success, or similar roles
- Strong technical understanding of container technologies and security
concepts
- Experience managing relationships with enterprise customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for different audiences
- Problem-solving mindset and customer advocacy orientation
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and
support teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with software supply chain security or container security
- Knowledge of DevOps and security workflows in enterprise environments
- Background in security engineering, solutions architecture, or similar
technical roles
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and requirements
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, etc.)
- Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Track record of driving customer retention and growth
- Background in technical pre-sales or solutions consulting
